We want you to love your Cubemunky gear.
If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work 👇

Returns Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With any tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Sizing & Ordering Issues

We clearly label Youth (5–11) and Adult (12+) products and provide a size guide on every product page.

  • If you’ve ordered the wrong size or item, we’ll do our best to help.
  • Returns for sizing issues are accepted
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges are handled as a return + new order (this is the fastest and cleanest option)

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please email us at cubemunky@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process them.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We don’t currently provide prepaid return labels
  • We recommend using a tracked service — returns lost in transit can’t be refunded

If the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item), we’ll refund:

  • The item price
  • Original shipping
  • Return postage (up to £5.99)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Sale / Last Chance Items

Items marked as Last Chance or Final Sale are eligible for return unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

Any exceptions will always be clearly labelled before purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet the unused/original condition requirements.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Items returned in a condition that doesn’t meet our return criteria may be refused or partially refunded.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email cubemunky@gmail.com and we’ll investigate.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
